Testimonials

“Dr. Frieson, The Tai Chi class has been most rewarding. The gentle movements and breathing techniques of Tai Chi have helped to reduce stress, improve my balance also my sleep.

Many thanks to United Way for granting senior citizens this golden opportunity.”

“Thank you so much for teaching in our class.

Tai chi keeps me grounded since I have my mothers care everyday. I can do my exercises and
feel refreshed and can go further in a day.

My mind is sharper from the energy I need for my body to push pull and move objects at home. My joints feel free to to rise upon the clouds. I'm so thankful for this class again. I can't say enough about Dr. Friesion and the care she puts in each class.”

Patsy

“My Tai Chi experience has been great from the very start.

The deep breathing part of the movement has improved my breathing problems and also my resting heart rate has decreased at least 10 points since I began Tai Chi!”

Juanita

“Cassandra, thank you for the Tai Chi classes! The benefits begin with taking time for myself. As a new 1st time grandma, and a caregiver of my 82 yo Mom, and a wife, this is not always easy or prioritized.

An hour a day a couple days of the week, I am learning to focus on me!

Meditative, proper breathing techniques and gentle Tai Chi is also helping me improve strength and mobility to joints and muscles! I love it!”

Rochelle

“Thanks so much for providing the Tai Chi classes via the website. It has helped me to continue my exercises. I have Parkinson’s and falls are a big concern so these classes help me to avoid this problem. Cassandra is an excellent teacher and she makes the class fun.”
